File Processing

Word documents you upload are used only to extract text content and forward via email. Original files are deleted after processing and no copies are retained.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Sensitive data such as SMTP credentials are stored only in environment variables and are never hardcoded in the source code.

Third-Party Services

We use enterprise email services to send emails. Beyond this, we do not share your personal information with any third parties.
