Screening and Training of International Youth on the Euspeech Platform

Not every foreigner can become an Euspeech language and cultural ambassador. Our smart matching platform sets four thresholds from the application stage: background checks, video interviews, psychological assessments, and cross-cultural training. Selected international youth must possess at least native-level foreign language ability and embrace the philosophy of deep exchange through living with Chinese host families. Training covers family etiquette, safety boundaries, and how to intentionally create an immersive language environment. By the time they walk into a Chinese home, they are fully prepared to spread international culture with heart and connect with goodwill.
